Please note that the documents provided under this section are in agreed form with Computershare, BHP Group’s registrar and agreed provider of the relevant services. Both sets of applicable terms and conditions are in agreed form and bind Computershare and the relevant Plc Shareholders from the relevant time. It is expected that the Deed Poll in respect of Depositary Interests to be issued over New Limited Shares, which is in agreed form, will be entered into closer to implementation and, at that point, become binding as between Computershare and the relevant Plc Shareholders. These documents are included on this website for information purposes only.
