BHP confirms that Force Majeure has now been lifted for all BMA Coal and all BMC Coal products, effective 1 July 2017.

Force Majeure was declared on 5 April 2017 as a result of damage and disruption caused by Tropical Cyclone Debbie. Throughout the Force Majeure period, BHP has been working closely with customers to minimize the consequences of the Force Majeure and to return to normal operations.

Any production impacts will be reported in BHP’s next Operational Review.
