BHP is proud to support the Movember Foundation - a global campaign in November that raises awareness and funds for men’s health (prostate cancer and testicular cancer), mental health, and suicide prevention. The aim is to support men to live happier, healthier, and longer lives.

Every year, hundreds of BHP employees and contractors participate in Movember. From growing moustaches, running 60kms or coming up with their own creative challenges or symbolic gestures, our teams are passionate about making a difference and contributing to this important cause.  In 2020, we collectively raised almost $500,000 and this year we aim to raise even more.  And to bolster our team’s efforts, BHP matches every dollar raised 2:1 through our Matched Giving Program. 

These funds will allow Movember to continue to support ground-breaking medical research, cancer tests and treatments and important mental health interventions specifically targeted towards men’s health. Click here for further information on the work Movember funds.
