BHP Invent is BHP’s Innovation team and it helps the company innovate with impact to unlock sustainable value from our current and future resources. 

From breakthrough programs like Open House to curating ecosystems, immersing external innovators in mining challenges to embedding innovators technologies at our assets and functions, we create new ways to bring innovation into BHP.

The Open House is a platform where innovators connect with opportunities within BHP and the broader ecosystem. Our focus is on exploring ways to approach new opportunities. We invite innovators to participate in a cohort-based program, where we offer collaboration, funding and expert support to help accelerate their ideas.
