Career guidance for Clontarf members

Mt Arthur Coal recently attended the Clontarf Foundation’s Employment Forum, which helps Clontarf academy members gain insight and experience to pursue their career goals once they finish school.  

The Employment Forum rotates Clontarf academy members through a series of short, focused conversations with business partners, employers and training providers.

This helps Clontarf academy members plan their next steps by giving them insights into pathways available after leaving school.

It also gives members valuable interview experience by engaging with potential employers in a professional setting.

Members practice asking questions and receiving feedback, helping to build their communication skills and confidence.
