CG2804 – Pre-Engineered & Modular Buildings – Package 1

The scope of work for package CG2804 – Package 1 (NPI buildings), includes the supply (fabrication and delivery to site), installation, construction and commissioning the entire building and building systems listed below:

• Emergency Response and Mine Rescue Facility (repurposed freeze plant)
• Admin, Mine & Mill dry building (new building)
• Heated Warehouse (new building)
• External Works.

CG2805 – Pre-Engineered & Modular Buildings – Package 2

The scope of work for package CG2805 – Package 2 (NPI buildings), includes the supply (fabrication and delivery to site), installation, construction and commissioning the entire building and building systems listed below:
Maintenance & Workshop, Heavy/Light Vehicle Maintenance, Mill Support, Laboratory, Rail Support Facility, Enclosed Walkway and External Works.

Mining

CG1102 – Mining UG Construction SMPEI

This package is to support mining ramp up, installation of permanent mine infrastructure and equipment with staged commissioning, and handover to BHP Operations. The scope includes the execution of the structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation (SMPEI) works critical to first production.

The Scope of Work also includes:

• Raw Ore and Surge bins (including bin excavation).
• Permanent Bulk Material Handling (BMH) conveyors.
• Facilities
• Underground electrical substation.
