BHP supplier registration and contract management

The GCMS platform is used throughout BHP for the Source-to-Contract process, Supplier Lifecycle Management and Contract Lifecycle Management. This enables greater collaboration between BHP and our valued suppliers and partners.

For an introduction to GCMS, please click here to watch a video. If you have received an email requesting to register your organisation in GCMS, please click here to refer to the ‘BHP GCMS Supplier Guide’.

Please note that access to GCMS is by invitation from BHP Procurement. This will not impact any other BHP systems (for example, Ariba, Procon, etc.)

We look forward to improving the way we collaborate and create shared value with our suppliers and partners by embracing a new way of working. For any questions or clarifications, please approach your BHP Supply point of contact.

Log in to GCMS for registered suppliers.

Register for the Supplier Innovation Program

BHP is partnering with Austmine to facilitate an open innovation program, to engage suppliers and implement emerging technologies as part of its Mining Equipment, Technology and Services (METS) Sector Strategy. The Supplier Innovation Program delivers a series of challenges or business problems to METS sector participants and invites their participation in workshops to develop solutions to these challenges. The winning solution has the opportunity to become a paid pilot program, with the potential for the supplier to win ongoing work with BHP.
