Specialist MRO: Consumables for multiple specialist categories such as pumps, fittings and valves, bearing, power transmission, HVAC, underground consumables.
Repairs and Rebuilds: Rebuild and repair generalist (hydraulic cylinder & valve rebuilds) and rebuild and repair specialist (electrical motors panel; mechanical; including overall OEM rebuild and repair vendors required for specific equipment.
Scaffolding: Wet and dry hire of scaffolding products and services.
Inbound Logistics: Provision of offsite warehousing solutions to enhance supply chain resilience and ensure operational continuity during project ramp-up and sustained operations. Scope integrates courier services and road freight for bulk goods.
Equipment Rentals: Equipment rentals, laydown area, and site equipment coordinator.
Reagents: Procurement, transportation, storage, and handling of bulk chemical reagents required for processing activities.
Mobile cranes: Wet and dry hire of mobile crane services, ad hoc crane requirements, and maintenance of crane fleet.
Various OEM Spares: Goods and services supplied by the OEM for equipment and parts used on the Jansen site.
Tires: Supply, delivery, installation, and lifecycle management of tires for light and medium-sized mobile equipment (or light vehicles) used across the mining operation.
Light Vehicles: Acquisition, commissioning, and maintenance of light vehicles to support personnel mobility, supervision, and operational logistics within the mine site.
Labour hire: Provision of contingent and top up labour for technical roles and ad hoc services.
Maintenance Services: Ad hoc maintenance services for general maintenance, electrical, HVAC, etc.
Conveyor Maintenance: Maintenance and repair of surface conveyor belts
