From 30^th September 2023 all goods and services supplied to Prominent Hill, Carrapateena and West Musgrave must be supplied in accordance with BHP Standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions or BHP Standard Purchase Orders Terms and Conditions (except Australian suppliers).

Any purchase orders raised prior to 30^th September will remain on existing Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (PDF 240.5KB).

From the 1st of November 2024, payment terms for Purchase Orders issued to suppliers for Prominent Hill, Carrapateena and West Musgrave operations will be aligned to the rest of BHP which is 7-days for Small, Local or Indigenous (SLI) businesses and 60-days for non-SLI businesses.
